About The Position

HTii (Holmes-Tucker International, Inc.) is seeking a Database Analyst / Administrator to support NAWCWD China Lake, CA. Duties include managing the Test Information Management System at NAWCWD, providing desktop application, development, documentation, and maintenance support. The role involves developing, modifying, and managing relational databases, as well as designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications to meet current and future business requirements. Employees will work primarily onsite.

Requirements

Highly proficient in desktop computer applications: Microsoft Access or SQL Server Visual Basic for Applications, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong computer and database administration and development skills.
Detail oriented with knowledge of UI design.
Possess analytical and technical skills appropriate for direct support of military flight testing.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
Must be a U.S. citizenship.
Must have or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with military flight test environment a plus.
