About The Position

This role involves the installation, maintenance, and security of database servers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to established standards. The Database Administrator will manage database access, tune database systems, and oversee the installation, upgrade, and management of database applications. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting database errors, recommending and implementing new database technologies, and creating reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Additionally, the role requires creating automation for repetitive database tasks.

Requirements

• Computer Science Degree or Related Degree, either from a 4-year college or technical certification school.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in MS SQL administration in a clustered/AlwaysON environment.
• 2+ years of experience with IIS and MS SQL Server and the T-SQL language.
• 2+ years of experience with SSRS Reporting Services report design.
• 2+ years of experience with PowerShell.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and credit check.
