About The Position

This role requires a skilled Database Administrator with a strong background in SQL Server. The position involves managing and maintaining databases, including migration, backup and restore operations, and ensuring data security through roles, permissions, and encryption. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Senior SQL Server DBA.
• 1+ year of experience migrating application databases between versions and platforms.
• 5+ years of Backup/Restore experience.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services.
• Experience managing roles, permissions, and encryption.
• Proficiency in T-SQL.
• Must have own equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Experience implementing Transparent Data Encryption (TDE).
• Database Design and Normalization skills.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge.

Responsibilities
