About The Position

This role serves as a primary contact for troubleshooting Teamcenter, NX, TcVis, and data structure issues for ME users. The position involves supporting data movement activities, including imports, exports, translations, and corrections, between global Company databases, Plants, and vendors. Additionally, the role requires documenting and refining data management processes, best practices, and training materials. Collaboration with the broader Company user community and suppliers is expected. The Database Administrator will also support ME participation in global software events by conducting regression testing for Teamcenter/NX/TcVis releases, patches, and updates, and will automate user identity and data storage audit workflows using tools like Power Automate, Power BI, Databricks/AI, and Mendix.

Requirements

• 2 + years experience required, team center focused
• Experience in providing technical support, covering database administration and operations to include monitoring maintenance capacity, performance monitoring/planning and incident/problem troubleshooting and resolution
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Understanding of Help Desk tools and trouble ticket tracking processes
• Understanding of support agreements and their implied service levels
• Proven ability to write excellent technical documentation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred
