About The Position

The Data Visualization and Reporting Analysis Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Power BI dashboards, developing new reports and visualizations, and providing business commentary and recommendations based on data. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate findings into improvement actions, analyzing KPI trends, detecting anomalies, and investigating root causes. The specialist will also identify, present, and execute solutions for process improvements and support global GBS KPI reporting and ad hoc analyses. The position requires strong data analysis, scrubbing, and basic statistics skills, with experience in international supply chain processes and working with international teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in Order to Cash-related processes (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent in MS Office applications, Salesforce, SAP and PowerBI
  • Basic to Intermediate experience in Project Management
  • Strong data analysis, scrubbing, basic statistics using quality tools
  • Experience with international supply chain processes (or equivalent experience)
  • Intercultural / International Experience
  • Business fluent english + language in regional sales vertical
  • Experience in working with international teams required
  • Good customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills with well organized and structured work habits
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function well in a team or independently

Responsibilities
