We are looking for an experienced Data Technical Architect to design and implement scalable data platforms, modern data architectures, and cloud-based analytics solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Databricks, Data Engineering, Big Data technologies, and cloud platforms.

Requirements

  • Databricks (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, Databricks SQL)
  • Apache Spark / PySpark
  • Python & SQL
  • Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
  • ETL/ELT Architecture
  • Cloud Platform: Azure / AWS / GCP
  • Real-time and Batch Data Processing
  • Data Lakehouse Architecture
  • 6+ Years of experience
  • Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate OR Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional

Nice To Haves

  • Snowflake, Synapse, Kafka
  • CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Exposure to AI/ML and MLOps platforms
  • Client-facing architecture and consulting experience
  • A hands-on Data Architect with strong Databricks expertise, capable of leading enterprise data transformation initiatives, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring engineering teams while working closely with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale data architectures and Lakehouse solutions.
  • Lead Databricks-based data engineering initiatives.
  • Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define data strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure data governance, security, quality, and performance best practices.
  • Mentor data engineering teams and provide architectural guidance.
