About The Position

As a Senior Cloud Native Full Stack Engineer, you’ll drive critical architecture decisions, champion engineering best practices, and mentor high-performing teams. Requirements

• 8–12+ years in software development, including 5+ years building on AWS
• Proven expertise in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, CloudWatch, IAM, Cognito
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Node.js, Express.js
• Strong background in REST, GraphQL, Microservices, and enterprise integrations
• Hands-on DevOps skills: Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD, Security, Monitoring, Logging, Observability, Automation
• Track record delivering large-scale enterprise applications and providing technical leadership

Nice To Haves

• AWS Certification, SaaS, GenAI, AI, Application Modernization
• Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of ISO27001, HIPAA, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, Compliance, Governance

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of modern AWS-based cloud-native applications
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and reusable components for scalable solutions
• Champion microservices, event-driven, and serverless patterns across projects
• Mentor engineers, conduct architecture/code reviews, and nurture engineering excellence
• Build robust front-end solutions with React and TypeScript
• Develop secure, high-performing backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Architect AWS serverless solutions and implement enterprise integrations
• Establish cloud governance, enforce security best practices, and optimize cloud spend
• Lead CI/CD automation, release management, and deployment workflows
• Drive observability, monitoring, and incident management strategies
• Facilitate technical workshops, risk assessments, and architecture recommendations with stakeholders
