About The Position

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. The Data Systems Manager will lead the strategy, implementation, and management of our data infrastructure and systems to enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights across the organization.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data systems management, data engineering, or related roles.
Strong understanding of database technologies, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data integration.
Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party data solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
