Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data workflow sustainment, or business process automation
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Excel or Power Query data processes
- Experience developing automated dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online site structures and content management, data integrity, validation, and audit practices for structured operational datasets
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical workflows
- Ability to document processes, configuration standards, and user guidance and collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT‑II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 6 months of hire date
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting operational or regulated technical environments
- Experience transitioning workflows developed by advisory organizations
- Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development
- Knowledge of controlled information handling standards including UNNPI and CUI
