About The Position

The Data Systems Integrator role is an IT business analyst position focused on developing digital products to support client missions. The individual will work with an agile team to propel business analytics and processes forward, delve into technology trends, and deliver user-friendly client experiences. Responsibilities include developing leading-edge systems and digital workflows, partnering with architects, developers, testers, business analysts, and data specialists to identify business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. The goal is to understand direction and user needs clearly, lead the team in creating deployable features, and deliver high-business-value products. This role supports national-level operational readiness and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data workflow sustainment, or business process automation
  • Experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Excel or Power Query data processes
  • Experience developing automated dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online site structures and content management, data integrity, validation, and audit practices for structured operational datasets
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical workflows
  • Ability to document processes, configuration standards, and user guidance
  • Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve system issues
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8140 or 8570 IAT-II Certification such as Security+ Certification within 6 months

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting operational or regulated technical environments
  • Experience transitioning workflows developed by advisory organizations
  • Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development
  • Knowledge of controlled information handling standards including UNNPI or CUI
