This Position is Paying $37.00 Per Hour. Closing Date: May 28, 2026, or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received. Job Summary: The Data Systems Coordinator, under the supervision of the Manager of Data Analytics, will take a lead role in database administration, advanced report writing and data querying, developing policies and procedures for maintaining high data quality standards, managing overall system security and ensuring department HIPAA compliance. This role plays a critical role in maintaining the health and functionality of the data management system.

Requirements

  • Current resident of the State of Wisconsin
  • Possess an active Wisconsin Driver's License, Insurance and reliable transportation which must be maintained throughout employment
  • Advanced knowledge of all related computer and software applications, such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Intermediate knowledge of DATABASES, DATA MARTS and other SQ applications
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in health informatics, data analytics or computer science
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with Medical Data
  • At least three (3) years of direct experience working with databases and/or data warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of the ImageTrend Elite data system. Expand use of QA/QI and automation tools within ImageTrend. Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications, document procedures, and lead data governance efforts.
  • Ensure system compliance with required local, state, and national standards. Develop policies and procedures for improving the accuracy and consistency of data collections efforts.
  • Develop and lead training on the general use and maintenance of ImageTrend at the agency-level, best practices for maintaining data quality, best practices for data security and HIPAA compliance, introduce new reporting tools and updates to local, state and national data standards.
  • Oversee all activities related to the development, implementation of, and adherence to OEM-EMS policies and procedures covering privacy of, and access to, patient health information in compliance with federal HIPAA regulations and state legislation
  • Perform advanced data queries and extractions using SQL and native report writing tools. Prepare Report Writer templates for stakeholders. Summarization and analysis of data may be required
  • Provide support for additional duties as needs arise.
