Louisiana Adult Education operates a distinct and complex data environment in its role as a state agency, federal reporting authority under WIOA Title II, and issuer of high school equivalency credentials. The program's Student Information System (SIS) and its network of integrated systems require sustained technical attention as the program evaluates structural changes — including potential migration to Ellucian Banner or a hybrid systems approach — under the direction of LCTC leadership. This part-time position will work at the intersection of IT and adult education program operations to clean up existing SIS data tables, document current data architecture, and prepare the systems environment for informed decision-making by LCTC leadership. The role does not carry policy or reporting authority but provides essential technical capacity that does not currently exist within the Adult Education or IT teams.
