About The Position

Supports the daily functions of the IT Department's data management activities by monitoring and managing workflows, imaging systems and reporting software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Safety & Security of all team members, customers, the Bank, and personally
  • Perform your duties in a manner that ensures your safety and the safety of other team members
  • Maintain situational awareness in your environment and notify management of any unusual activities
  • Understand and comply with the Bank's security policies and procedures
  • Complete all assigned monthly information security training with established timeframes and apply those training concepts in the performance of your duties
  • Recognize and appropriately handle all suspicious, questionable, or compromising emails whether simulated or real
  • Understand and comply with other Bank Policies and Procedures relevant to Safety and Information Security to identify, prevent to detect safety issues that compromise physical security and safety for yourself, team members or the Bank's customers whether on premises or electronically
  • Test workflows that are developed ensure that all routes of the workflow are functioning as expected and report any errors to workflow personnel.
  • Prepare training documentation for each workflow developed in cooperation with the Project Manager.
  • Perform weekly rate changes by established deadlines
  • Complete workflow training and training with workflow staff on workflow development.
  • Monitor software that integrates with the banks imaging software
  • Ensure all integrations are operating as expected and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Monitor the image indexing queue and clear any open indexing items in a timely manner.
  • Transfer documents from loan software to imaging software by deadlines established
  • Complete image administrator training and work with data management staff to train to perform updates/changes to the imaging system.
  • Monitor scheduled reports daily
  • Update report dates on files within the share file
  • Troubleshoot and resolve report delivery issues and notify departments of issue resolution efforts
  • Provide excellent customer service to bank staff
  • Monitor and update tickets in a timely and thorough manner
  • Responsible for coordinating/perform staff training on new programs or updates
