This position can be based in Gainesville, VA (hybrid) or fully remote within the US. The work schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 8 am to 5 pm EST.

Requirements

High School Education or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a Call Center, Data Entry, or Customer Service environment.
Ability to multitask: evaluate data, process requests, and interact on the phone simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail, including referencing procedures.
Customer service skills: answering calls efficiently and providing timely responses.
Communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Alarm Industry Experience.
Familiarity with different panel types.

Responsibilities

Process code changes within 24 hours (excluding weekends), validating customer details and authorization for code changes and assignments.
Work directly with on-site customer representatives to initiate connection sequences in stores.
Evaluate alarm panel data in MASterMind, understanding different panel types to correctly process code changes.
Process a minimum of 8 code changes per shift-hour.
Answer inbound customer calls and electronic requests for code changes or general customer support to deliver efficient customer service.
Use InSite to process code changes, referencing and updating existing customer contact lists.
Receive escalated code change requests from customers, verify reference numbers, and update customer monitoring software.
Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure timely processing of requests.
