Requirements

  • Prior experience with a CRM platform is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with database querying/reporting/analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to translate technical data concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of users, including navigating difficult or high-pressure interactions with patience, professionalism, and composure.
  • A dedicated "execution-first" mindset. You should be comfortable working independently, following established processes precisely while staying open to creating new efficiencies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a natural interest in research/data management, and the ability to take direction and pivot between tasks effectively.
  • Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms - our employees also have access to Harvey, a legal-specific AI tool that reduces time spent on routine tasks, allowing you to focus on more meaningful, high-impact work.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and merge duplicate contacts, research company/contact associations, and update key firmographics (revenue, SIC codes, etc.).
  • Handle Data Change Management tickets and execute advanced list building under tight deadlines.
  • Provide occasional training to users on CRM best practices and data entry protocols to ensure firm-wide data hygiene.
  • Ensure all CRM data and outreach are strictly compliant with data protection and privacy laws.
  • Assist with Business Development and Marketing requests, providing data-driven insights and reports to partners as funneled through leadership.
