About The Position

Position Overview: Praescient Analytics is seeking a Senior Data Steward / Policy Manager to support the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) under the Army G-2. This role is critical in providing data-centric support and operational intelligence integration across the Army Intelligence Security Enterprise (AISE). You will lead efforts in data governance, architecture, and quality management to ensure commanders maintain a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience in data governance, data architecture, metadata management, and data discovery.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience leading teams and managing tasks in an intelligence-related discipline (planning, collection, or analysis).
  • Demonstrated experience in foreign disclosure or intelligence dissemination.
  • Familiarity with the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) and Automated Data Governance Solutions (DADGS).
  • Ability to execute and record tasks utilizing an agile framework and associated tools.
  • In-depth understanding of AR 381-10 and other intelligence oversight regulations.
  • Current DoDD 8140.01 (formerly 8570.01-M) IAT Level II certification. Examples Include: CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, CompTIA Cloud+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
  • Active TS/SCI Level Clearance (U.S. Citizenship)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Associate degree with 7 years of intelligence experience.
  • High School Diploma with 9 years of intelligence experience.

Responsibilities

  • Data Governance & Integration: Provide comprehensive data integration support, including data architecture, warehousing, quality management, and metadata management.
  • Operational Support: Support the government in determining Army-wide data requirements and inherent resourcing needs to deliver validated requirements to the Department of the Army.
  • Strategic Engagement: Represent Army Intelligence at IC/DoD/Army data councils, committees, and working groups.
  • Onboarding & Cataloging: Onboard government-directed data sources and curate Army authoritative data sources within IC or DoD enterprise Data Catalogs.
  • Documentation: Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all tasks, and complete Data Integration Approval Forms (DIAF) or Data Sharing Agreements (DSA) to facilitate data onboarding.
