About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and architect to assist and lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data solutions. This role is responsible for architecting scalable data flows, integrating diverse data sources, and ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our data assets. As part of a data management team, will also be responsible for ensuring data can support both Company and Enterprise level AI efforts. Designs, develops, and implements methods, processes and systems to consolidate and analyze diverse data sets including structured and unstructured. Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate and evaluate datasets. Keeps abreast of new analytic methodologies and technologies. Collaborates with functional business units to drive business solutions and direction. Develops, inspects, mines, transforms, and models data to raise productivity, improve decision making, and gain competitive advantage. Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis on data and information to ensure correct predictive forecasting and classification. Manages all aspects of end-to-end data processing utilizing customized report building functions of systems. Maintains analytical systems, verifies the accuracy of data, and acts as a liaison between divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and 9 years of experience -or- Masters degree and 7 years of experience -or- PHD and 5 years of experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of data lake architectures (Azure Data Lake or similar).
• Hands-on experience with data integration tools, APIs, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Proficiency in data modeling, metadata management, and structured/unstructured data handling.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data storage, security models, and platform administration.
• Ability to design end-to-end data workflows that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMC requirements and government/compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices related to data protection and access control.
• Experience with data governance, retention policies, and compliance-driven data management.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, or infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Scripting or development experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, C#, or similar) related to AI.

Responsibilities
