About The Position

eCard Systems is a leading provider of outsourced gift card solutions, serving over 100,000 merchants in the restaurant, retail, service, spa, and hospitality industries. As both a gift card manufacturer and processor, we manage the full life cycle of card program services, from onboarding and production through ongoing merchant support, seamlessly integrating with top POS providers including Toast, Square, and SpotOn. We are looking for a team member to join our thriving Data Services Team.

Requirements

Attention to detail, analytical skills, and working knowledge of Excel are required.
Mental agility and ability to perform well at a high level in an environment where tasks are repetitive.
This is a remote position and requires a strong self-starter with minimal need for oversight.
Must be willing to document and share workflow information for feedback.
Presence of mind and focus are essential as we strive to reach efficiencies based on different types of work.

Responsibilities

Shadow department director and team lead during onboarding.
Follow and comply with informative training and reference materials.
Work with director and team lead to ensure quality in information handling and output.
Provide critical files for production process.
Supply accurate and timely throughput work within metrics-measured parameters.
Holistically support both upstream and downstream processes.
Supplement partner quality assurance efforts.
Create spreadsheets within specifications to feed a downstream process in a fast-moving environment.
Give and receive respect to teammates in an enriching workplace.
Give and receive feedback in a metrics-driven environment.
