About The Position

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will help design, prototype, build, deploy, and improve next-generation intelligent systems that blend software, models, and automation into cohesive, adaptive platforms. Your mission is to build production grade software that solves business and technical problems in the growth tech space. You will focus on developing real world solutions using agentic coding tools and frameworks. Our team operates at the intersection of software engineering, data, AI systems, and rapid experimentation. We build platforms that enable intelligent automation at scale, ranging from agent orchestration to customer-facing AI systems. We emphasize iteration speed, practical impact, and systems that learn from usage. The work often involves ambiguous problem spaces where we define patterns as we build them.

Requirements

  • Expertise in using Agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems.
  • Comfort working in open-ended problem spaces with evolving requirements
  • Experience working with structured data, workflows, or technical tools, with an emphasis on building high quality, scalable solutions.
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into practical outcomes.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and improving systems continuously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise working on agent workflows, orchestration layers, and evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with protocol-driven systems (e.g., MCP or similar abstractions
  • Interest in deeply understanding business problems, rapid prototyping, and end-to-end, full stack development
  • Track record of building solutions quickly and iterating based on real feedback.
  • Data science, machine learning, optimization models
  • Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics
  • Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R
  • Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch)
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business, product and engineering teams to deeply understand the problem.
  • Rapid prototype, design, implement, test, evaluate, deploy and improve software solutions that solves challenging business and technical problems.
  • Use agentic coding tools , frameworks and techniques such as MCP, A2A, ADK, and frameworks to accelerate how solutions are developed, tested, and iterated.
  • Contribute to agent evaluation frameworks (offline + online) to measure quality, reliability, and system behavior.
  • Improve outcomes through feedback-driven workflows using real-world signals
  • Contribute to multi-agent workflows with coordination, delegation, and dynamic task execution.
  • Ensure operational excellence and build observability, debugging, and traceability in AI-driven systems.
  • Contribute to shaping practices for AI-native application development.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and training of the rest of the organization on AI-native application development.
