About The Position

Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solutions supporting Supply Chain Labor Optimization. This role translates complex business needs into scalable technical solutions across data, analytics, and application development. Responsibilities include understanding operational processes, defining technical approaches, developing and implementing solutions, and ensuring production stability. The role partners closely with Operations, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering while maintaining strong ownership from problem definition through delivery. Success requires technical depth, business understanding, independent problem-solving, and a focus on simplifying processes, automating manual work, and continuously improving the Labor Optimization platform. The Labor Optimization team builds the technology, data, and analytics solutions that power labor planning across Walmart Supply Chain. Our team brings together data science, data engineering, analytics, and software engineering to solve complex operational problems at scale. We are modernizing legacy processes into a unified platform that improves how labor is planned, optimized, and executed across the network. We operate as an end-to-end technology team, partnering closely with Operations and Product while maintaining ownership from problem definition and architecture through development, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
