It also involves leading the design, prototyping, and strategizing of advanced modeling, predictive analytics, and generative AI solutions for Merchant Services, with a strong focus on data-driven sales. The role includes directing solution architecture and development, collaborating cross-functionally with data scientists, governance teams, data owners, the Chief Data & Analytics Office, and engineering to deliver impactful business outcomes. Additionally, the position will lead product pricing strategy by providing market rate estimates and recommendations that balance client savings with firm profitability, monitor client and overall portfolio profitability, and deliver actionable insights to inform pricing and strategic decisions. It also involves modeling the potential and future impact of network fee changes on product economics, ensuring informed decision-making and long-term financial sustainability. The role requires identifying and developing opportunities to enhance the product's value proposition, managing key client discussions, supporting business development, and analyzing firm-wide economic implications.
