Requirements

Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
Demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in most of the following: Programming Languages and ML frameworks: Python and Pytorch
Machine Learning
Deep Learning
LLMs, Agents, RAG
Computer Vision
Cloud and Data Engineering platforms: Databricks and Azure

Responsibilities

Build & Deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning & Generative AI models & pipelines based on business requirements.
Analyze business requirements and/or issues, convert analysis to functional & technical specifications, & assist in the design & technical development of AI/ML solutions to meet business requirements.
Perform & document software application & technical platform configuration, prepare & execute test scenarios & scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression, acceptance) & data conversions.
Participate in new technology evaluations in the domain of AI/ML, & in reviewing & monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance; determine modifications as needed.
Support GIS & Business intelligence, Big Data and AI/ML personnel that interface with business unit or function customers for the purpose of business technology discovery, and service management.
Provide Business Intelligence, big data and AI/ML application & platform support services to meet performance, availability, customer service & customer satisfaction targets.
Participate in reviewing & monitoring complex production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance.
Perform system analysis & debugging of applications & platforms to identify problem root causes.
Complete root cause analysis for incidents & outages.
Adhere to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA & other related standards, governance & controls.
May manage execution of SoX controls & testing, & support internal & external audits.
