About The Position

The Senior Data Scientist will serve as the technical backbone of the data science mission by building and supporting secure, cloud-native platforms for data science teams. The role enables data scientists to experiment, iterate, and operationalize insights through well-architected cloud services and integrated environments for notebooks, dataset exploration, and analytical development. The position focuses on scalable compute, automated workflows, reproducible environments, governed data access, and secure infrastructure to accelerate delivery of insights to mission stakeholders. The role is based in Reston, Virginia, and is not listed as remote. An active TS/SCI clearance is required, and selected applicants may be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A polygraph exam may be required.
