About The Position

Support the Enterprise Information Management practice. Analyze complex datasets and apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to achieve project goals. Lead projects independently and assist other data teams across the organization by providing expert guidance in creating models and machine learning algorithms. Build custom statistical models, such as linear or logistic regression, pattern recognition and predictive models that predict various business metrics. Match pre-existing models (such as random forest) to various problems including segmentation analysis, identifying outliers, etc. Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of analytical product development, marketing techniques and business strategies. Evaluate and recommend products and tools to enable accelerated learning and analytics. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Create automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance. Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems. Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business outcomes. Conduct ad-hoc, what-if analysis and summarize and present results for technical and non-technical audiences. Use statistical computer functions in languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from variety of data sets. Utilize a variety of machine learning techniques (Forecasting, Benchmarking, Clustering, Decision Tree Learning, etc.). Utilize advanced statistical techniques and concepts including regression, sampling, outliers detection, linear and multiple regression, time series forecasting, exponential smoothing. Work with large datasets, data wrangling and complex dimensional data models. Model and prepare data inputs for visualization and build analytical visualization using Qliksense/Tableau/PowerBI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
Three years data science experience
Two years each of the following: Machine learning techniques and implementation with Generative AI
Two years each of the following: Snowflake, SQL, Python, DataRobot, and Microsoft Azure Studio for data analysis
Two years each of the following: developing multivariate and multi-series forecasting models
Two years each of the following: developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and generative AI models for automation
Two years each of the following: applying statistical techniques and concepts
Two years each of the following: working with large datasets, data wrangling and complex dimensional data models
Two years each of the following: modeling/preparing of data inputs for visualization and building analytical visualization using Qliksense/Tableau/PowerBI
