About The Position

GRVTY is seeking experienced Data Scientists to perform tasks associated with Big Data Platform management, use programming skills, develop prototype algorithms and refine algorithms, and support data visualization and analytics. The position may involve work across one or multiple domain areas and encompasses data science, advanced analytics, programming, and software engineering.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• A bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or an associate degree and 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience clearly related to the position.
• The degree must be in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Operations Research, or Computer Science. A related field, physical or hard science, or another science discipline with a substantial computational component may be considered if coursework includes a concentration in advanced mathematics and/or computer science.
• Relevant experience in areas such as machine learning, data science, advanced analytical algorithms, programming, data mining, advanced statistical analysis, advanced mathematical foundations, artificial intelligence, workflow and reproducibility, data management and curation, data modeling and assessment, data science supporting one or multiple domain areas, and/or software engineering.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in more than five of the listed relevant areas is strongly preferred.
