Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting
- Experience building machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, regression models)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in an analytical capacity
- Motivated to constantly strive to find innovative data-informed ways to enhance capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of data science tools such as NumPy, pandas, matplotlib or R equivalent
- Ability to communicate strategy analysis to both technical and non-technical team members
- Undergraduate degree
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI, including generative models is an asset
- Machine learning development and deployment is an asset
- Automation experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy data-driven strategies for Life & Health insurance products.
- Utilize SQL and Python for analysis, automation, and insights.
- Present findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build machine learning models (e.g., XGBoost, regression models) to improve decision-making.
