About The Position

Perform data analyses using Python and SQL to answer key analytical questions for clients. Consult with clients to define analytics requirements, technical solutions, and methodologies to support confident decision‑making. Develop, validate, and deploy analytics and data science capabilities aligned to client objectives. Interface with client subject matter experts to translate business needs into technical solutions. Contribute to client relationship management and participate in business development discussions. Support and lead small teams while delivering high‑quality analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • M.S. or M.A. in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics , or a related quantitative discipline
  • A minimum of ONE (1) year of professional experience in data analytics or data science
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL
  • Experience performing data science and analytics, including: Statistical modeling, Predictive analysis, Machine learning
  • Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, predictive models) into production web applications
  • Demonstrated ability to support clients, build relationships, and drive solutions forward
  • Experience leading or supporting small teams

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare analytics experience, including work with CPT, ICD, place of service, and bill type codes
  • Experience delivering solutions in healthcare, public health, or federal health IT programs
  • Familiarity with Python Polars, GeoPandas , and automated document generation packages
  • Relevant certifications, such as: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Databricks Certified Data Engineer, Snowflake SnowPro
  • Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications
  • DevOps experience , including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and automated deployment pipelines
