About The Position

The Data Scientist works within Lam Research’s Customer Support Business Group, which enables premier customer support throughout the customer lifecycle and delivers service and lifecycle solutions for critical equipment and processes. The role involves designing, developing, and programming methods to analyze unstructured and diverse big data and turn it into actionable insights. The Data Scientist develops algorithms and automated processes to evaluate large datasets from disparate sources, then generates, interprets, and communicates insights to support informed, data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; alternatively, an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience.
