About The Position
TULK supports U.S. national security customers with cleared experts who understand the mission, the tradecraft, and the people who have to make decisions with imperfect information. On GTLSS, TULK supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence College and related NGA mission partners by helping develop, deliver, and maintain GEOINT learning that is current, practical, and mission-relevant. This is a strong fit for a cleared Data Science professional who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping analysts build practical tradecraft skills. You will support course delivery and curriculum maintenance while working with experienced instructors, course managers, and mission partners.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance is required. Some positions may require additional accesses, SCI eligibility, or successful completion of a Counterintelligence-scope polygraph process as directed by the customer.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution, related to their assigned area of expertise (i.e., Computational Thinking, Programming, Statistics, or Data Visualization).
- Department of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor Certification
- Minimum 5 years of experience focusing on the concepts and applications of data analytics, computer science and programming, data modeling, Artificial intelligence and machine learning.

Responsibilities
- Deliver GEOINT tradecraft learning in classroom, virtual, and mobile training environments.
- Help learners connect tradecraft concepts to realistic mission scenarios, analytic problems, and operational decision-making.
- Support curriculum management, course maintenance, and course development activities in accordance with NGC guidance.
- Review courseware for technical accuracy, currency, instructional effectiveness, and alignment to the assigned tradecraft area.
- Participate in Integrated Development Team meetings with course managers, learning development representatives, and mission stakeholders.
- Maintain required instructor certification and course qualification status.
