About The Position

TULK is a boutique strategic technology and management consulting firm supporting U.S. Federal Government, Defense, Intelligence Community, and National Security customers. Our cleared teams help mission organizations operate, communicate, analyze, plan, and execute in dynamic environments. A Mid-level SME shall be able to build upon the knowledge taught at the introductory GEOINT Tradecraft learning level (1000), in order to effectively handle fundamental (2000) GEOINT Tradecraft learning level tasks. At this level the SME shall have a thorough understanding of the concepts and skills related to their content area(s) and can apply these skills in routine and nonroutine situations. They shall be able to apply tradecraft skills through problem-based exercises culminating in exams. They shall demonstrate solid tradecraft skills and an understanding of how their tradecraft contributes to addressing key intelligence questions. A Mid-Level SME is primarily focused on providing support to Fundamental (2000) GEOINT Tradecraft Learning Level courses, with a secondary focus on Intermediate (3000) GEONT Tradecraft Learning Level courses, both levels within the Foundations and Collections content area.

Requirements

U.S. citizenship is required.
An active TS/SCI security clearance is required. Some positions may require additional accesses, SCI eligibility, or successful completion of a Counterintelligence-scope polygraph process as directed by the customer.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution, related to their assigned area of expertise (i.e., GEOINT Collections Requirements and Strategies, Foundational GEOINT Data, or Space/Counter-Space Activities).
Department of Defense (DoD) Basic Instructor Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience focusing on the concepts and applications of Collections tradecraft, methodology, and technology.

Responsibilities

Deliver GEOINT tradecraft learning content in classroom, virtual, and mobile training environments as assigned.
Support curriculum management, course maintenance, and course development activities in accordance with NGC guidance.
Participate in Integrated Development Team meetings with course managers, learning development representatives, and mission stakeholders.
Review courseware for technical accuracy, currency, instructional effectiveness, and alignment to assigned tradecraft content areas.
Maintain required instructor certification and course qualification status.
