The role is focused on coaching data scientists responsible for the analytical backbone of Canva's B2B Sales and Customer Success teams, covering areas from pipeline generation to churn risk modeling. The manager will set team priorities, manage the roadmap in collaboration with Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps leaders, and champion the use of AI for scaling impact and enabling self-serve analytics. This includes representing the team's work to senior stakeholders, providing actionable feedback to coachees, and raising the bar on data product development.
