About The Position

As a Cloud Engineering, Data & Analytics Data Science Intern in PwC’s Advisory practice, you will support teams in delivering data-driven insights and solutions for clients. You will participate in data analysis and contribute to cloud platforms and analytics solutions that support informed decision-making and help clients pursue sustainable growth and competitive advantage. The internship focuses on learning and gaining exposure to PwC’s practices. You will support teams with basic tasks and research while observing professional work environments. PwC encourages interns to take ownership of their development, listen actively, ask questions, communicate ideas clearly, appreciate diverse perspectives, and contribute to team success. The role offers an opportunity to develop data science and analytics skills and build a foundation for future opportunities in the field.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor’s degree.
Client service interns are traditionally in the third year of a four-year degree program or the fourth year of a five-year program, and typically join during the winter/spring or summer before their intended graduation year.

Create dashboards with Tableau for data visualization.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights.

Responsibilities

Support teams in developing and implementing cloud platforms and data architectures.
Participate in data analysis projects to support insight-driven decision-making.
Conduct research and gather information to enhance data-driven insights.
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards to visualize key business metrics.
Engage in algorithm development to solve data problems.
Use tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to automate analytics processes and improve data visualization.
Collaborate with team members to integrate data from various sources into unified views.
Apply machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify patterns.
Contribute to data quality improvement plans that maintain data accuracy and reliability.
Observe and learn from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC’s practices and methodologies.
