We are looking for a skilled Data Science intern for our Summer 2026 internship program. Our Data science teams here at the DriveTime Family of Brands support several different business verticals including; Marketing, Lending, Indirect Lending and Warranties. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge technologies. A successful candidate should have experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, and other statistical or analytical coding tools, along with a strong understanding of the full Data Science life cycle. The data science interns will be responsible for things like: Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making processes Assist in developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and predictive models Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to extract knowledge and patters from data Assist with developing innovative ways to increase data intelligence within the business Present results of analysis to leaders and colleagues

Requirements

• Bachelors or master’s student with a graduation date between December 2026 – May 2027
• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related discipline
• You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Able to read and write in Python (R is a plus!)
• Working knowledge in SQL, Tableau and Excel
• An understanding of the Data Science Life Cycle
