About The Position
We are seeking a Data Science Intern to support our analytics and database operations. This role focuses on database management, data pipelines, and modeling techniques.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Basic experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Understanding of data structures, analytics concepts, and statistical techniques
Nice To Haves
- Experience with database tools such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server
- Exposure to machine learning libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, etc.)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, etc.)
- Understanding of ETL processes or data pipeline concepts
Responsibilities
- Assist with data parsing and database construction
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Help build and test predictive models and analytical tools
