About The Position

As a Data Review Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Match Group Shared Care & Moderation Services Team by completing a variety of labeling requests. This role involves both straightforward labeling tasks and more nuanced analysis across multiple platform ecosystems. You’ll apply your understanding of Trust & Safety, detection systems, and moderation workflows to ensure consistent, accurate, and high-quality review and annotation. You’ll be part of a cross-functional, collaborative team that directly supports product, data science, analytics, and policy teams through scalable, insight-driven data labeling and review.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, QA, or data labeling
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output
  • Clear written and verbal communication, especially when documenting rationale or edge cases
  • Ability to interpret platform policies and apply them consistently across data review tasks
  • Comfort working independently in a structured queue-based environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt across different platform ecosystems
  • Comfort with ambiguity in early-stage projects or exploratory analysis

  • Experience working across multiple brands, languages, or international markets

Responsibilities

  • Complete task requests, including:
  • Structured labeling and annotation tasks.
  • Ad hoc data reviews requiring critical thinking and contextual judgment.
  • Analyze patterns and surface insights across labeling outputs.
  • Follow documented guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data integrity across sensitive datasets.
