About The Position

The Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining data accuracy, ensuring reporting consistency, and delivering timely, reliable insights to support Sales, Operations, and Leadership decision-making. This role focuses on data integrity, recurring reporting execution, and business visibility across multiple systems and data sources. The Data & Reporting Analyst supports core business processes, including sales performance tracking, field execution reporting, forecasting, and annual business planning. This position serves as a foundational analytics role, with opportunities to grow into advanced analytics, strategic insights, and planning responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role (internships applicable)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organization
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and reporting requirements
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership for deliverables
  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working with data or preparing presentations.
  • Ability to lift or move standard office materials up to 10 pounds.
  • Regular use of a computer, phone, and analytical/reporting tools in an office environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets or multiple integrated data sources, preferred
  • Familiarity with CPG, sales analytics, or field execution data, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and manage datasets across multiple systems, including field activity, sales performance, promotions, and distribution data.
  • Validate and reconcile data across platforms (e.g., Repsly, TPM, ERP) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Produce and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly), including Sales performance scorecards by region, customer, and channel.
  • Gap-to-goal tracking and KPI reporting.
  • Field execution and activity reporting.
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and Excel.
  • Ensure all reporting is standardized, automated where possible, and delivered accurately and on time.
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.
  • Support Annual Business Planning (ABP) and forecasting processes through data preparation, validation, and consolidation.
  • Assist in compiling inputs across teams to deliver clear, actionable reporting outputs.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and process optimization.
  • Contribute to building a more structured, scalable, and reliable analytics environment.
