About The Position

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking a Data Quality Specialist to communicate with other departments internally and with external organizations to update provider routing information. This role will also research missing provider and/or facility contact information and follow up accordingly, and monitor the electronic medical record for failed documentation, researching it for appropriate routing.

Requirements

• Minimum - General Equivalency Diploma (GED).

Nice To Haves

• Preferred - High School Diploma.
• Preferred – Six months of work experience in a records-oriented setting.
• One-year experience in a clinical or Health Information Management Department of a large health care facility.
• Preferred - RHIT or RHIA preferred.

Responsibilities
