About The Position

Cook Systems is seeking a skilled Business Stakeholder Representative to bridge business needs and technical delivery teams. The role helps ensure solutions align with business vision and strategy while prioritizing investment and business value. It involves engaging stakeholders to gather and communicate requirements, managing project risks, and guiding execution teams in alignment with business strategies. The position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with roadmaps and coaches and mentors less experienced team members and DPOs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and prioritize team efforts.
• Ability to influence and engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience managing risks and developing metrics for project success.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making skills to manage project-level priorities.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, understand, analyze, document, and communicate business needs.
• Use an understanding of customer needs and business strategies to prioritize investment and delivery.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Serve as a business requirements expert and manage subject matter specialists.
• Provide business guidance and prioritize the execution team's work according to business strategies.
• Lead business requirements documentation and validation activities.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate business operational risks with delivery teams.
• Manage and prioritize work items, including new features and defects, and decide on their implementation.
• Prepare the business for change and develop metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, execute, and release projects aligned with roadmaps.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members and DPOs.
