About The Position

abra professional services is seeking a Data Product Manager for Data Cloud. We are looking for a skilled Data Product Manager to lead data-related projects, support the implementation of Data Cloud solutions, and work closely with business, data, development, and marketing teams. This role requires strong experience in data project management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce data structures, SQL, and marketing analytics, with a strong product/project management orientation rather than a 100% Data Analyst role. A full-time hybrid position based in Central Israel, with 4 days a week from the office and 1 day remote.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience managing and leading data projects – mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing interfaces with business and technology stakeholders – mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of in-depth familiarity with Salesforce schema and objects – mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud – mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with SQL, including writing complex queries and analyzing large-scale data – mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience writing business requirement documents and technical specifications – mandatory.
  • Strong ability to present findings and insights in a clear, focused, and convincing manner to management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business understanding.
  • Independent, proactive, and able to lead processes from concept to execution.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud – significant advantage.
  • Deep business understanding of the financial domain, including customers, products, and marketing processes – significant advantage.
  • Experience working with Redshift and AWS – advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage data projects from the requirements definition stage through implementation.
  • Develop methodologies for working with Data Cloud as the foundation for an organizational campaign management system.
  • Write business requirement documents for development teams.
  • Manage interfaces with business units, data teams, development teams, and marketing stakeholders.
  • Analyze marketing data and derive insights to improve campaign and marketing activity effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis from large-scale databases.
  • Define and build panels to be integrated into the system for campaign creation.
  • Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, including producing reports and insights to improve marketing activities.
  • Work with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud systems to run campaigns, manage audiences, build reports, and create automations.
