Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Legal Services and Privacy related field required.
OneTrust experience/certifications related to the Privacy Rights Automation Module that include creating and updating web forms and workflows for legislative compliance.
Experience in privacy analysis, information security and process management work required.
Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

Coordinates, reviews and evaluates the life cycle of consumer and sensitive data, including the collection, storage, use, transfer, retention, and destruction of information.
Coordinates and conducts analysis for business-wide programs related to privacy, including facilitation and Privacy Impact and AI Assessment activities.
Processes all Data Subject Requests.
Reviews privacy and security controls and makes compliance recommendations.
Researches and responds to privacy-related inquiries from internal and external customers.
Monitors and analyzes privacy-related legislation and researches current privacy industry standards.
Responds to privacy and security surveys and questionnaires required by other program areas and other risk identification initiatives.
Assists with evaluating third-party contracts regarding privacy practices and controls, as appropriate.
Prepares ad hoc reports on privacy analysis for the business.
Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
Complies with ALDI privacy and security requirements and policies if job responsibilities include possible access to confidential and/or sensitive information.
Other duties as assigned.
