Data & Platform Architect - Lilly Value & Access

Eli Lilly and CompanyIndianapolis, IN
$64,500 - $158,400Hybrid

About The Position

This role sits at the center of our platform strategy, AI innovation, and the partnerships that shape how we run the full lifecycle of payer contracts, government pricing, and rebate programs for a growing portfolio of medicines. We are seeking a Data & Platform Architect who brings the technical depth to shape the strategic direction and evolution of a complex cloud platform, along with the eye for business to align that platform with the strategy it enables across Lilly and with our primary partner, IntegriChain. This person will shape the platform roadmap, champion AI-driven automation, and translate the complexity of pharma payer contract management into scalable, intelligent solutions. As Lilly purposefully expands its use of AI and automation to handle growing contract volumes across chargebacks, government pricing, Medicare, and utilization-based rebates, this role will be instrumental in defining where and how AI fits into the LVA operational model and holding vendors and internal teams accountable to that vision. This role is well suited for a technically strong, self-directed professional who is curious, takes initiative, and is eager to grow by learning the business deeply on the job. Candidates with a consulting approach and a passion for IT, AI, and platform strategy will be especially well positioned to succeed in this opportunity.
