About The Position

SS&C Technologies Inc., a world leading provider of comprehensive financial management systems and services, is looking for an experienced individual to join the firm’s SalesConnect team in the role of Data Operations Supervisor. SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments. The Data Operations Supervisor is a key role ensuring our asset management clients receive optimal value from the industry’s leading data management service for financial intermediary distribution. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape (broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, dual-registered advisors, etc.), recordkeeping and distribution platforms (transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, etc.), and the reporting needs of asset management companies that distribute products through financial intermediaries. The Data Operations Supervisor must possess strong operational and communication skills to lead a team of associates within our internal data operations team. Additionally, the Data Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in client discussions to identify best practices and continuously evolve the service to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work-related experience
Must have experience in Financial Industry – specifically Asset Management
A passion for continuous learning as well as the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
Flexibility/Ability to be proactive, possesses good problem solving skills and the capability to find solutions and the ability to successfully meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

Extensive knowledge of the financial intermediary landscape (broker/dealer and RIA firms, trading IDs, advisor teams, dual-registered advisors, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of recordkeeping and distribution platforms (transfer agent, sub-transfer agent, custodial, etc.)
