Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the daily execution of federal data linkage activities. This position requires strong technical expertise in record linkage methodologies combined with excellent project management capabilities.

Requirements

  • Strong statistical and analytical expertise
  • Experience in evaluating linkage accuracy using statistical metrics
  • Knowledge of probabilistic and deterministic record linkage methodologies
  • Experience linking records across datasets using PII and PPRL
  • Familiarity with CMS data and federal data management requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years of technical experience in data management or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience on projects of similar size and scope
  • Demonstrated experience with record linkage methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field OR Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field with 2 additional years of relevant experience.
  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, or SANS GSNA certification

Responsibilities

  • Manage the comprehensive execution of data linkage activities including scheduling, deliverable tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Ensure all linkage milestones and reporting requirements are met on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage risks proactively through identification, assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate technical assistance and manage linkage workflows.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of linkage methodology documentation.
  • Support additional data linkage activities as required by program needs.
