About The Position

North Star Community Credit Union is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Analyst to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of the systems that support employees and members. The Data Operations Analyst will play a key part in how efficiently teams operate and how effectively the credit union serves its communities. This position involves monitoring data and systems, troubleshooting issues, creating reports, and supporting system enhancements.

Requirements

• Three to five years of similar or related experience
• A bachelor’s degree or recognized professional certifications equivalent to a degree
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel, computer systems, hardware, and software
• Basic understanding of Windows Server systems and networking
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor data, system processes, and operational workflows
• Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes
• Troubleshoot issues affecting branch and back-office operations
• Create and validate accurate business reports
• Work with SQL, Excel, databases, and integrated systems
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
• Partner with IT, operations, vendors, and business teams
• Develop reliable processes that reduce risk and improve efficiency
