About The Position

Pax8 is hiring an Operations Data Analyst in the United States to help shape smarter business decisions through trusted data, actionable insights, and modern AI-enabled analytics. Requirements

Substantial experience working in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a similar analytical environment.
Highly proficient in SQL and comfortable working with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift.
Extensive experience building data visualisations, dashboards, semantic models, and reporting solutions using Power BI.
Understand dimensional modelling concepts and are comfortable designing scalable data structures.
Confidently connect business challenges with analytical solutions.
Enjoy identifying trends, investigating root causes, and translating findings into meaningful recommendations.
Comfortable presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Embrace AI-enabled tools as part of a modern analytics workflow.
Enjoy working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Hold a degree in a relevant analytical, business, technical, or quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Must hold valid right to work in United States.
