About the position
The job overview for this role is that it is part of the Data Operations team within Addepar's Product organization. The team is responsible for ensuring timely and high-quality data for Addepar's clients. This includes processing transactions and positions, verifying data quality, and providing data support to clients. The role requires daily communication with data providers, clients, and other personnel within Data Operations and across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data accuracy and availability within SLAs.
- Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and feed processing exceptions, collaborating with Engineering Support when necessary.
- Complete and maintain operational workflows, identifying and implementing opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, and other Services and Sales members to review and resolve client data inquiries and requests.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to design, test, and implement new processes and tooling features to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
- Participate in broad company initiatives to establish new product functionality or services.
- Have 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing and lifecycle, and middle/back-office operations systems.
- Possess strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Be team-oriented, determined, and forward-thinking.
- Possess technical skills preferred in any or all of the following areas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing and lifecycle, and middle/back-office operations systems.
- Strong attention to details and a passion for problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Technical skills preferred in any or all of the following.
