About The Position
This role focuses on data modeling within the healthcare industry, requiring experience with various financial and operational data domains. The Data Modeler will leverage expertise in cloud analytics platforms and financial systems to support data initiatives.
Requirements
- Healthcare payer/provider experience with claims, membership, premiums, payments, PBM/pharmacy, capitation, risk adjustment, or IBNR.
- Workday Financials / Accounting Center / Worktags, or comparable SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft experience.
- Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure/AWS, Power BI, or similar cloud and analytics platforms.
- Experience with MDM, metadata/catalog, data lineage, finance transformation, M&A, and Chart of Accounts harmonization.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory, PHI/PII, audit, and financial-control requirements.
