About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and migration, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data management and migration
Strong understanding of data structures and databases
Experience with data mapping and transformation tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of industry best practices for data migration
Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations

Responsibilities

Analyze and assess data migration requirements for clients
Develop and implement data migration plans and strategies
Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate and efficient migration
Conduct data quality checks and resolve any discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely data migration
Develop and maintain documentation for data migration processes and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process
Continuously monitor and improve data migration processes for optimal efficiency and accuracy
Provide training and support to end-users on data migration processes and tools
