Data Migration Specialist

Mission: This is an opportunity to coordinate with JobNimbus customers (potential and current) regarding data migration services. The goal is to push Project Management of the Data migration from previous CRM systems to JobNimbus and then have clear Customer communication regarding technical projects & status updates.
Requirements
- 1 Year of JobNimbus experience (Required)
- Strong project organization & planning skills
- Deep empathy for the customer & a desire to wow them
- A laser focus on positive outcomes for the customer
- Knowledge of the Quickbooks Sync
- Willingness to travel 1-4 times a year for on-site migrations at strategic accounts
- Willingness to jump in, update customer workflows, and map data
- Knowledge of the Job Nimbus system
- Detail oriented
- Strong soft skills
Responsibilities
- Work with the Customer directly to identify data needed to be extracted from their previous system.
- Determine the requirements of how that data will be loaded into the JobNimbus system
- Communicate with the customer throughout the process on timeline, expectations, and process. Ensure customer needs are met to satisfaction.
- Collaborate with all applicable teams to ensure timely and successful data migrations
- Conduct Data Validation calls with customers and resolve any issues
