About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Data Migration & Reporting Specialist for an active RFP opportunity: PHFA 2026-04-OPS-IT-02 - Housing Program Management Software. PHFA is seeking a housing program management platform that supports LIHTC application intake, multi-family asset management, NSPIRE inspections, grant program management, compliance monitoring, reporting, and workflow automation. The role involves supporting data migration planning, report design, dashboards, compliance reporting, and data quality controls. The specialist will review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadlines, and client requirements, and coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response. This includes preparing documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to the role, and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support for quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness is also expected.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.
